Infertility Counselling

About The Practice

Fertility Counselling is a specialist private practice created by Georga Gorrell, a qualified psychotherapist with advanced training in fertility counselling. The practice was founded from a commitment to offer a calm, compassionate, and expertly informed space for those navigating fertility treatment, loss, and reproductive decision-making.

Built on a foundation of depth and relational warmth, Fertility Counselling integrates psychological insight with an understanding of the medical realities of IVF, fertility preservation, and donor conception. Our work is trauma-informed, attachment-aware, and grounded in reproductive psychology.

We support individuals and couples through all stages of the fertility journey, from early investigations and treatment, to recovery after loss or decisions about future pathways.

Our therapists are qualified, accredited professionals, with membership of the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA) and the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
