Fertility Counselling Services

Individual Fertility Counselling

1:1 individual therapy for women and men navigating the emotional impact of fertility challenges.

Whether you’re in the early stages of trying to conceive, undergoing treatment, recovering from loss, or coming to terms with a path you didn’t expect, these sessions offer compassionate, specialist support. Together we explore grief, identity, stress, and the mind–body connection — helping you find steadiness in the unknown.

Couples Fertility Counselling

Relational therapy for couples facing fertility-related stress, IVF, loss, or emotional disconnection.

Sessions provide space to navigate grief, conflict, communication breakdowns, and the strain that fertility journeys can place on intimacy. Grounded in trauma-informed practice, this work supports repair, understanding, and reconnection during one of the most challenging seasons a relationship can face.

Implications Counselling

Specialist Implications Counselling, aligned with HFEA guidance, exploring the emotional, ethical, and relational dimensions of donor conception, gamete donation, or surrogacy.

This reflective space allows you to pause and think through the deeper meaning of creating family in modern ways. Often required or recommended by fertility clinics across the UK, these sessions support you to explore what feels right, helping you make decisions with clarity, confidence, and care.

Fertility Support Groups

Therapist-led online groups for those seeking connection, calm, and shared understanding.

Support groups will be launching soon and are designed to offer a safe, closed space to explore the emotional impact of fertility challenges in the company of others who truly understand. Groups will be small, therapist-facilitated, and focused on reducing isolation, offering validation, and supporting emotional wellbeing throughout your journey.
