Session Lengths
Standard online and in-person sessions are 50 minutes. Longer 90-minute intensive sessions are available for both individuals and couples on an enquiry-only basis. Please get in touch if you require a longer session.

Where is Fertility Counselling based?
Fertility Counselling is based in the UK and offers online psychotherapy sessions to clients across the UK and internationally via secure video calls, providing flexible and confidential support.

All sessions are offered online, providing flexible and confidential psychotherapy to clients across the UK and internationally. Appointments can be booked directly via the online calendar or requested via the contact form if alternative times are needed.
Is this service only for women?
No. We work with women, men, and couples navigating fertility, hormonal, and reproductive challenges. Everyone’s experience is valid and welcome here.
Do you offer couples therapy?
Yes. We offer therapy for couples navigating fertility challenges, decision-making, relationship strain, or emotional disconnect during this process. Sessions are available for partners together or separately, depending on your preferences and needs.
What is the therapist’s background?
All therapy is delivered by NCPS-accredited therapists with specialist BICA training in fertility counselling. Every counsellor meets the UK’s highest professional standards and follows strict ethical guidelines, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care.
How do I start therapy?
Standard online sessions and initial 15-minute consultation calls can be booked directly via the online booking system. If no suitable times are available, or if a future date is required, please use the contact form.
Extended 90-minute sessions for individuals and couples are also available by arrangement and can be requested via the contact form.
How much does a session cost?
Individual sessions: £95 for 50 minutes.
Couples sessions: £125 for 50 minutes.
Implications sessions: £110 (Individual) & £125 (Couples).
Support Groups: Pricing TBC.
