Where is Fertility Counselling based?
We are based in the UK and provide online therapy to clients across the UK and internationally. All sessions are held via secure video call, allowing for flexibility and comfort wherever you are.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
At this time, all sessions are online. This allows us to offer specialist support in a way that is accessible, confidential, and convenient nationwide.
Is this service only for women?
No. We work with women, men, and couples navigating fertility, hormonal, and reproductive challenges. Everyone’s experience is valid and welcome here.
Do you offer couples therapy?
Yes. We offer therapy for couples navigating fertility challenges, decision-making, relationship strain, or emotional disconnect during this process. Sessions are available for both partners together or separately, depending on your preferences and needs.
What is the therapist’s background?
All therapy is delivered by NCPS-accredited therapists with specialist BICA training in fertility counselling. Every counsellor meets the UK’s highest professional standards and follows strict ethical guidelines, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care.
How do I start therapy?
Sessions can be booked directly via the online booking system. If no available times suit you, or you’d like to schedule further ahead than what’s currently showing, please reach out using the contact form.
If you’re unsure whether this is the right support for you right now, a 15-minute consultation call is available to ask questions and get a sense of whether it feels like the right fit.
How much does a session cost?
Individual sessions are £95 for 50 minutes.
Couples sessions are £125 for 50 minutes.
Implications sessions are £110 (Individual) & £125 (Couples).

Can I refer someone else?
